Ideal for a couple, Sorrento can also be used by a family as the 3-seater sofa is also a very comfortable 5 foot bed. The room rate is from £40.00 to £50.00 per person per night for double occupancy. SINGAPORE is ideal for a single person or as a second bedroom for up to 2 children (minimum age 8 years) with parents occupying Sorrento. The room has cane furniture and curios from our expat years in the Far East. Across the hall is a full private bathroom. The room rate is from £35.00 to £45.00 per person per night or from £45.00 to £55.00 per night for single occupancy.

Breakfasts are mouth watering as we cater for those enjoying a good fry-up as well as for those preferring a more healthy option! Breakfast items include a range of award winning sausages and locally cured bacon from our village butcher, Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon Omelettes, freshly made banana or mixed berry smoothies – truly a gourmet experience with traditional and tempting options using fresh and local produce.
Ask for special discounts for weekly stays. About Milford-On-SeaSituated south of Lymington, Milford-on-Sea is an old English village with fantastic views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. The quaint village has a fine selection of pubs and restaurants and gift shops including some antique shops for the treasure hunters, all within a short walk of Captiva. Within easy reach of the New Forest and the sea, holiday makers to Milford have the choice of either forest or cliff walks with its dramatic scenery looking out to Hurst Castle, Bournemouth and even Swanage. For those with more time, day trips may be taken to Winchester and Salisbury Cathedrals, Stonehenge; and also Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle on the Isle of Wight. Evening entertainment is available in the theatres in Salisbury and the concert houses in Bournemouth, as well as in the local New Forest Theatre in New Milton. Regular ferries run from Keyhaven and Lymington to Yarmouth. In addition boat trips can be taken to Hurst Castle from Keyhaven. Lymington, only three miles away from Milford, has a Saturday market which spreads down the High Street with a variety of stalls ranging from antiques to crab sandwiches! Directions from LondonTake either the A3 and A31 to M27 or M3 to the M27 going west towards Bournemouth. At the sign post for the New Forest, take the A337 at Cadnam, driving through Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Lymington and Pennington. Approximately
2 miles out of Lymington take the B3058 to Milford-on-Sea. Pass the
sign for Braxton Gardens on your left. Pass the South Lawn
Hotel on your right. Drive past Milford village and green on your
left and
keep on the coast road on the B3058 with the sea on your left.
When you pass Westminster Road on your right get ready to turn right
into
the
next road which is West Road. Turn immediately right into Lydgate
and Captiva is the last property in Lydgate. You may park alongside
the
garage.
